Ladies,

i came across the the following article on signs and symptoms of vulva LS. Puts into perspective my status when I compare to what’s in the video. Sorry no links. If you can’t find it pm me.

Take a look at the following: bsccp organisation on net and search for the lichens of the vulva. You will see a 25 minute video that I found gave me a good idea of what the vulva looks like and different impact of LS and shrinkage.

    Thx for posting that. I watched the video regarding LS and now kniw what to look for- very informative.

    Thanks for that Samantha will def take a look at that, not today though! Today we have the most lovely weather here in the uk. Today is bbq, cake, ice cream copious amount own wine and fizz!! Today I have every potion going on my bits and will do if LS tries to spoil my fun!! Written whilst munching on blue cheese and white bread. Flipping lush!!!!!! :-D

      I typed in “lichen vulvur video” and the one from the site mentioned popped right up. I’m sorry there were no male pictorial examples shown for you guys! 🙁

    Oooh forget to add the clotted cream whisky laced Isle of Mull Scotland fudge for dessert. If she comes out guns a blazing then she'll get the Tumeric paste. She won't like that!!! Welllll you've got to laugh eh!!

    Thanks Samantha, very informative. 

    I have become very proficient with a mirror since having LS! Its quite awkward examining oneself though and who knows what is normal down there? Now I'm more informed.

      Hi Samantha, I found it and yes its very informative, question is should i use the Clob or with Aloe/turmeric remedy ... she said the Clob stops from getting worse, i am doing ok now and the flare up is gone,so i didnt wnat to use the steroid ...so confused

      Hi Janie,

      i cant answer that one I’m afraid as I don’t use clob as it reacted with the hpv I have. I use protropic 2x a week for maintenance plus coconut oil and borax sitz bath and spray. I drink aloe Vera gel every day but few years ago tried on my labia and was allergic to it that way. I bought the turmeric but one thing concerns me - the smell! So I’ve not tried it yet! I work in a customer facing role and that has put me off so far.

      the aloe Vera gel I drink has given me lovely smooth skin that everyone always comments about, so hopefully it’s doing some good inside too!
