labia swelling from herpes or dry sex?

I had sex two days ago with a guy who might have herpes (he took the condom off mid sex and i didn't notice it). We didn't have a proper foreplay session so i was pretty dry at first but it didn't hurt too much. He also tried rubbing my clit but it wasn't enjoyable. Could these things cause my symptoms? I noticed abdominal pain and a stinging sensation in my vagina but they only lasted for 5 minutes. My main problem is that the part where my labias meet is tender to touch and looks inflamed image

    Forgot to mention that he also tried to finger me anally and then touched my vagina. So maybe it's an infection from that? The inflamed part is a little itchy still and sensitive to touch.

    Yes please get this checked out right away, it doesn't look promising. It is better to be safe than sorry. I'm sorry you had to deal with such a disrespectful partner.
