Have haD MY MRI scan. God I was so anxious I nearly didn't go through with it , I started to train as a hypnotherapist so I tried to calm myself down , I was almost crying cos I was so worked up , anyway what I did wS I told myself to think of a girls and boys name beginning with each letter of the alphabet then I did fruits and veg then countries , it worked !!! Just waiting now for results , had the apointment where she puts hot water into each ear then cold water , not nice as makes you feel dizzy then does all the tests with those goggles on ., she told me it wS my right side that's affected and she doesn't believe I will ever be 100^% , got physio appointments too now !!!! Hate it feeling unbalanced
