labyrinthities and BPPV

Two weeks ago I came down with a cough that turned out to be walking pneumonia.  Well now that triggered my vertigo with spinning nausea, being off balance my ears especially my right ear hurting And They feel so clogged with my face feeling like it's swollen but it isnt.  My legs feel weak and like jelly Oh and let me not forget the feeling of anxiety. 

I don't want to do anything I just feel like staying in bed ,taking a shower takes a lot of energy I don't have. I can't drive again and that is just so aggravating Because I have to ask family for rides. 

I haven't had a episode like this since 2015 , had anyone experienced the same symptoms..  I am so stressed it's something else.

    I agree because when I cough I get really lightheaded and off balance.  So frustrated I was doing so good and now here we go again.
