Labyrinthitis 😞

hello anyone and everyone

I'm new to this so forgive me if i muck up, diagnosed with labrinthitis 5 weeks ago and yes some improvement but so light headed most of the time with some lovely presure headaches for good measure and tiredness ☹ i dont have to do anything much and im warn out, surely i should feel better by now? the other thing is im getting so anxious which is new to me and not enjoying it one bit, anyone out there with any tips?
