Lack of coordination

Hi ladies. I'm wondering if any of you feel like your coordination is off.....especially hand eye coordination? Lately, for example, it's like if i bring my hand to my nose to itch it, i miss my nose. Or go to grab something and I'm just a little off. Weird, but sometimes it just "feels" like I'm going to miss the object but i don't. I hope that makes sense but o don't know how else to describe it. Of course it makes me nervous. And feed back would be appreciated. You ladies are wonderful!

Yes...  I'm beefing up my Vit D and Calcium because I fell a couple weeks ago-- playing with the cat!!   And then yesterday I was bringing leaves to the street and I tripped!!   I'm OK but still very scary!!    And my hands sometimes get shakey when I have a full glass of something in my hands.   It's just odd.. I think it's because I'm rushing around and my balance is off..   It could be hormones because I've been really extra tired lately.

Yes! My equalibrium is off. I get dizzy all of the time. I thought for a while that something was wrong with my inner ear. I went to the doctor it was checked for ear infections and all, and everything was fine.

Yes, not the hand/eye but I somtimes feel like my equilibrium is off. Not often but it does bother me when it happens.
