Lack of energy, easily tired

I'm six weeks into Cit . Started at 20mg for 4 weeks . now at 30 mg for 2 . Its helping for sure. But I wake up to anxiety. sometimes have to take a little Ativan . I have no energy and seem tire at the least effort. Is this an anxiety effect or a citalopram affect?

I realize from reading on here that upping dose is somewhat liking starting over. Thanks for being here.

    Hi Anthony, terrible fatigue, lethargy and tiredness is a side effect of these medications in the first few weeks and months of treatment. Although it's horrible, it will pass over time and you should go back to normal. Good luck.
