Lack of sleep!

hi all 😃.. well on a whole I think I'm getting better. really good days a few bad spells in the day but they clear up quick. a few bad days aswell. but on a whole I think things are getting better 😃.. the only things really that are annoying is. ringing in my ears that has been constant since I started sert way back in December. their is no sign of it going either 😦.. and the other is sleep. before this started I could fall to sleep in a washing line. but now it's very hit and miss. I can fall to sleep easy enough but I do get up at 5 in a morning and have a very physical job. so falling to sleep is not a issue. its I can only sleep for about 2 to 3 hours before I'm wide awake. and then I go back to sleep. and I'm awake every hour checking what time it is. or worrying about something. I must wake up at least 12 times a night and that's no exaggeration.. dose anybody else have these problems? I'm on sert for anxity and panic. I'm on 50mg

That's very common; with me, it last a few months but eventually went away as your body adapts to the drug; then it works well, but it does require perserverence and support.

hi ryan, good to hear you are still improving, you have come so far and given lots of hope to others it is a shame you have one thing left that you are struggling with. what about speaking to your doctor about a short term course of zopiclone to get your sleep pattern back in synch or a herbal sleep remedy such night time kalms

I personally had the exact same issue. I switched the zoloft to mornings. once it balances out and you have a contant level in your system you wont feel that way taking it in morning. I bet it would help loads. I woke up just like you did. now I wake up once a night
