Yes I too have felt that. Can’t be bothered .....best thing to do is just go with it.  Don’t have an internal battle about cleaning the house. What does it matter.  If you leave it for weeks and then feel up to it, do it then. What is the worst that can happen. Just let it go until it passes xxx

Certainly. I can't get through daily routines. No interest or energy. Mess is everywhere! Even if I try to tidying I just don't know how to do anymore. I take something from here and put it over there.. So I re-locate the mess! I get tired and frustrated. I just don't know HOW anymore.

My husband us very tidy and organised. So the gap between us now is even bigger. I don't know how he copes with me.

YES.  I struggle with this all the time now.  Everything is disorganized.  I’m trying to simplify possessions, cleaning, etc., but it’s hard.

I’ve got an exercise routine going that is helping and have lost a little weight.  I couldn’t stand myself anymore and it does give me a sense of control.  However, there are still some bad times with severe anxiety, sadness, etc.  My periods are irregular and last couple of cycles have been 45 days apart or so.  But the exercise bike is really helping with physical strength and I’ve made huge changes in my diet.
