Try papaya enzymes, see if that helps with your digestion. If it persists go see your Dr. Take action though.

i have a sensitivity to milk and diary as well. my actual stomach gets sore from digesting it i think. when you said you feel like you had to burp but couldn't caught my attention because i have been having that issue for about 6-7 months now with a tremendous amount of air feeling like its in my throat or upper stomach and when i do burp, food or drink regurgitates back up in the back of my throat. im in the process of seeing a specialist in a few weeks out of my state because no one has been able to help me here and all tests are coming back normal. please let me know if you find out anything from your doctor.

Tiffany, please try peppermint capsule's. I know what you're going through and they really have helped me. Amazon or eBay about £ 2 for 50. Honestly have helped. I wish id known about them years ago when this started. Good luck. I hope that helps.

Have you tried soy, almond or oat milk??

These are a very good substitute for milk.

You may need to avoid milk altogether and start a food diary to see what other foods you may be reacting to.

    Hi Brandon,

I have the same problem. The doctors don't have a clue what's causing my stomach problems. I've had scans and seen a dietitian. I still had a sore swollen stomach until i started taking peppermint capsules. They are very cheap and have helped my stomach a lot. Just thought I'd let you know. Hope that helps.

Also, try to get your doctor to see a dietitian. I never knew i was allergic to dairy. Soya milk and avoiding other dairy products, could help. Its worth a try.

Without guessing, it could be many different things. You will have to see your doctor to pinpoint it.

Have you ever been checked for hiatal hernia or gerd?

i have seen two different doctors and have two different answers, one says i have gerd and the other says i dont and that im lactose intolerant, im getting to the point where i only eat certain foods that i know wont cause stomach trouble
