Ladies Help

Hello Ladies. I am 43 and in perimeno but still having pretty normal periods. However I did not get a period this month and I took 3 pregnancy test with in a week and half all negative. Every once in a while i get this pulling sensation on lower left abdomen only last for short time and usually happens day after me n hubby fool around sorry tmi. I am concerned however of ectopic pregnancy. I am 16 days late today. My question is has anyone experienced an ectopic pregnancy? Would i show pregnant on a test. I am not having normal pregnancy symptoms no sore breast no cravings no anxiety. I made a dic appt but its not til Oct 18th earliest they can see me. Please someone help my nerves are a wreck
