Hello Kim so sorry to hear your pain. My panic attacks came on suddenly without warning. i didn't need a trigger, then racing heart, shaking, gloom and doom feeling, can't breath. It was utter hell. Anxiety, then followed intrusive thoughts. Do you take magnesium? Also taking care of your gut health helps. Bone broth is very important.Cut out sugars and any caffeine. Also dairy products. Try your best to relax, drink some warm tea and watch a movie to take your mind off things. Praying for you 🙏

Kim so sorry for your loss. Yes it is hell and thank goodness you believe in the Lord. It was God who got me through many tough days when I would lay there alone crying not knowing what to do. As far as constipation take magnesium citrate and prune juice. It will get things moving. private message me if you need someone to talk to. God bless

Kim yes i use to have right arm pain that went from my shoulder all the way to my fingers. It was one of those symptoms that came and went. Yours will hopefully leave in time. It seems like these symptoms play a game called , what symptom next. It is very tiring but hang in there. It will pass. God bless
