I ve no notion of going out of flats yet at 11 weeks but I'd love to know when people attempted even a kitten heel?

    Hi

Just bought some shoes - loafer type thing - that in my previous life I would have described as flat but which actually have an inch and a half heel and I'm fine. I'm 14 weeks post op and bought them when I was 12 weeks post op. Not sure I'd risk a party heel though

I never was one for the stiletto in along time but I like a two inch narrow heel with a dress. Will have to stick to the maxi and flats for a wedding next week.!!

Do you know that if a man goes down below( not Australia) his punishment is to walk around in six heels in a

Pencil skirt. Well so my Sunday school teacher told me!!!!.

I haven't worn anything higher than about 1" for longer than I can remember. The last time was for my wedding a year gone may but even that was only about 3" I think.

Working in a hospital I only ever wore flat comfy shoes as some days I can be so busy up and down the wards and departments that my bum doesn't get time to warm a seat! Outside of work I generally stick to jeans and trainers. With my hubby's shifts we dont have a whirling social life so the opportunity for heels doesn't often arise anyway.

I think sometimes it can be easier walking in a small heel anyway rather than complete flatties. I would give them a try every week or so, maybe just around the house at first to see how you go before wearing them outside.

    Good luck.

    Ali xx

Put out my kitten heels as I think stability is more the issue - have bought some 1 and 1/2 inch chunkier heels and they feel fine.
