Lama inhalers

I have a fv1 of 58
Iam currently on seritide 250/25 two puffs twice a day as well as ventolin regularly across the day
I have tried spriva turdoza and Seebri , the last being Seebri for two weeks each of these lama inhalers seem to give me a very tight wheezing chest two hours after taking them
My dr believes that it's not the inhalers but the chest tightness has eased by morning I guess when the dose has lessened
Has anyone had this issue? Any inhaler suggestions?

I keep forgetting what fv means: do you mean you hae 58% lung capacity? You mention all the medication you're using but not any breathing exercises/techniques: do youdo them in combination with medication?

I'm OK for support, thanks - it's just part of my life now that I deal with as issues come up. For a while I stopped socialising anywhere I might come into contact with cigarette smoke but as I love outdoor live music I just accept now that my energy levesl will be low for a couple of days after exposure.

I would suggest it is your condition.
It can ease by morning because your body has been at rest, and not putting out more effort to breathe. In addition, positioning of the body, particularly when for long periods will allow pooling of fluids that could ease the usual breathing troubles.
And also, if you are taking some other medications such as other inhalers or oral tablets that would relieve your breathing overnight,or even some that would cause you to produce more urine, these would dry your lungs more.
Sometimes, overnight, our body produces and releases hormones that can make us feel better as well.
