LAnyone with extreme sudden fatigue? ?

Hello Ladies,

does anyone feel sudden energy loss? fatigue? slowed speech kind of?

    omg yes! usually mid afternoon i just have to sit down, crash, eyes are heavy, exhausted. im trying to snack every hour fruit or nuts wonder if its blood sugar related

    Yes its relentless. I had more energy when I was pregnant! I'm 43 too! My perimenopause started 3 years ago. I've had all the bloods tests! Hospital appointments etc and finally got diagnosed in October with perimenopause.

    Yes this happened to me a lot when i entered peri 3 yrs ago. Sudden fatigue having to sit or lay quickly. Once couldn't make it up the stairs another time i was doing dishes then suddenly i felt my body shut down. I couldn't even make it to the sofa. I layed on the kitchen floor and literally fell asleep. I had it bad and thank God that symptom had passed. Wishing you well. It will pass

    thanks Ladies,I am also 43 , all started around 3 y.ago, I am doing more this year but 2018,19 was a disaster, I was not able to function at all, I thought I was dying 😦 feel a bit better but still get those episodes of sudden fatigue and kind of getting slow . my head is like jelly feeling sometimes, also like vertigo or something its weird and scary .. Hope it will pass soon ❤
