Laparoscopic benign liver cyst resection

i havent had much after care advice except rest....

I had laparoscopic gall bladder removal in 2020. But still had pain after.

In October 2022 I had ERCP to remove stones and sludge from the common bile duct going from from my liver to my stomach.

Then I went into Royal Free Hospital London for a 12.cm benign liver cyst laparoscopic deroofing. However the surgeon found 3 large cysts 12cm 10cm and 6cm which were actually joined. So I had a resection. I had to have warming blanket in theatre and my blood sugar and potassium was low and I was in ICU for 24 hours after.

Then I moved to ward for 4days. I was on 1000/60mg cocodomol with oromorph in between. However it is now 8 days post op and although they stopped oromorph after 3 days I still cannot manage to reduce the cocodomol without a lot of pain and and completely exhausted, sleeping most of time. Does anyone know if this is normal? I expected to be over the procedure quickly.
