laparoscopic myomectomy and the injure to nearby organs

HI ALL , does anyone here had a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove a subserosal uterine fibroid ? AND IF SO is there a chance that the surgeon will injure nearby organs like the bladder ? AND HOW they control bleeding from the uterus during this key hole procedure ? AND DO the stitches in the uterus heal fast ? i do not have anybody to ask just you in this forum even the doctors do not want to give clear answers .AM ALONE and i have nobody in this world .I LOVE YOU ❤

    Hi! i dont remember where my fibroids were located, however i had one where it was sitting on my bladder. My bladdee control still feels the same maybe a slightly better.. the dr stated that it should take about 10 months for me to heal. i had 7 fibroids and 1 cyst removed.
