Laparoscopic total hysterectomy

I am 4 weeks post laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Last week I experienced fresh bleeding whole week. Bleeding stopped for 2 days now, however, I am having nightly pain and cramps most of the day. I’ve noticed I have swollen belly.  Last week saw GP and was given antibiotic but then bleeding persist, so I called the gynae team, saw me with blood test done which came back normal. I just finish my antibiotics course.  I’m a bit concerned of my swollen tummy and pain. Also experiencing cold flushes.  Is this normal or should I get in touch with the gynae or gp?

If you had ovaries out also you would be getting hot flushes not cold if it was hormonal. I have mine but done meno 5 yrs ago. I'm age 50 x
