Laproscopic fundoplication done on 12th September,2021

ive been suffering from lpr for quite some time,has breathing problem and post nasal drip.so i decided to undergo laproscopic fundoplication.one time while trying to get up, i stood up straight with the help of my arms straight and it put pressure on my core.after that,im able to burp and my symptoms aren't also better.is it possible that my wrap is undone because of putting pressure on abdomen?
