Large and loose pee hole, white spots and wrinkles

I'm a 28 year old male, circumcised .

I've had these issues for years but just ignored them because... well it's all just embarrassing.

  1. Since I was a young, I've always had a large opening (meatus or whatever it's called) but lately I feel like it's getting both larger and looser.
  2. I have these white spots that I've had since I was a teen.
  3. My glans and the skin on my shaft and frenulum (I had to google e the name of it) just looks crusty, wrinkly and horrible.

I normally just try not to think about it but lately it's made me incredibly insecure. Do anyone else have these issues? Should I go see a doctor? Is there any way to make it look more "appealing"?

I've attached 3 photos. One where I stretch the meatus a bit, one where I don't and one off the white spots.

    if you're a virgin you have nothing to worry about.

    if not visit a sexual health specialist.
