Large bump on vulva, not painful, tender only when touched.

I have a had this bump on my vagina for over a week now, its not painful unless touched or pushed on, it does not hurt to use the bathroom, there no abnormal odor. I have noticed my fordyce spots are a little enflammed.

Could is be herpes, HPV, warts, etc? The last time I had sex was a few months back, and that would have been when I was exposed to anything.

Sebaceous cysts are very common in the vulva. They are benign but annoying. Doctor avoid operating them to prevent recurrence and infection. If it's not painful, it's not infected. However, it's red and swollen so it's inflamed. Try to apply a warm compress a few times a day to drain it. It can resolves by itself. If it persists or become painful, have it checked by a professional.
