Large circular looking red/dry skin patches on back.

Hi, because of corona my GP will only allow telephone appointments and no face to face appointments at the moment. I was wondering if anyone might be able to spot what this thing is on my back.

Some background, I've had it for almost 3 years and it's shown little spread except the bottom circle looking patch which is fairly recent. If I don't touch it, it will fade and almost disappear after a month. But if I scratch it, it reappears red and itchy (which it is now).

I also have pretty dry patch patches on my face and scalp which when I scratch become very red (not sure if that's the same thing though).

Overall, would this be psoriasis, eczema, or some other skin condition? The circular patch suggests ring worm but its not super itchy (which is why I left it this long).

Thanks!

I think its eczema. Doesnt look like psoriasis and definitely not ringworm. Try emailing some pics to your doctor for a positive diagnosis.
