Large lump on gums after molar extraction

i went to a income based dentist out of state and he pulled a total of 6 teeth including 2 wisdom,he pulled the right three with no issue, the left three however i felt he was being a bit rushed and rough,i am not joking when i tell you he pulled my wisdom and two molars in less than 7 minutes.

he used the pliers and pried my second molar till it was facing forward out of my mouth,i knew that he did damage after leaving and feeling my gums severely swollen , its now been a week and its still just as swollen and i can see a rather large piece of tooth,i am very worried on what i should do ease help
