Large orange sized cyst on ovary removed in February, pain and bladder problems reoccured.

I had a laparoscopy back in February to remove a cyst from my right hand ovary that was about 8cm big. I was suffering from pain around my ovary area and couldn't stop going to the toilet as it was pushing on my bladder. When they opened me up they found a lot of scar tissue that had come from a pelvic infection that I didn't know about and assume that is where a lot of the pain was coming from. They also found that my cyst was a lot bigger then they had initially thought so the surgery took about 45 minutes longer. After my op and I had recovered I had no problems going to the toilet, no pain during sex and no pain in general. A month or two ago I started to lose control of my bladder again. I can't jump, run, laugh or cough without peeing. I am only 20 so feel as though this shouldn't be happening. I do regular pelvic floor exercises but nothing seems to help it seems to be getting worse. I can't empty my bladder properly and each time i do go I get a pressure/heavy feeling in my bladder and a sensation as if I'm about to wet myself. Im seeing the surgeon again next week but am very nervous for the outcome.

Sorry for the long post but has anyone else experienced this?

Thankyou x
