Hi, I was told I had a mass on my left ovary then, I had 2 internal scans and was told I had a dermoid cyst on my ovary. 2 months later I had my ovary removed and I didn’t have a dermoid cyst at all, I had a fatty piece of gristle attached to my ovary that had twisted my ovary (they call it torsion ovary) hope every thing goes well with your problems.
