Laser burn scars in arm

Hi. I would appreciate if someone can help me. I have done laser to some anesthetic scars i didnt like in my arm almost two months ago, but I got a burn from the laser and they are still looking very red. I am very worried as I dont see much of a improvement and would like to know the odds of the skin getting better, and if there is something i could do to improve it. i already had marks in my arm, but they were not looking this reddish and i am getting anxious over this.imageimage

Would tretinoid be an option? or should i stick to biafine ?Many thanks

It can take several months for these to fade so do be patient.

Definitely do not use tretinoid on these scars..it may make them very red and irritable

    Stick to biafine.

Use a high factor sun cream SPF 50 on these patches, if you are out in the sun.

Can you see a separate skin derm to help treat the issues ? Of course skin creams can help with scar tissue. Usually it's the time factor that skin can heel. Give it time and keep it out of the sun.
