Does anyone know anything about laser treatments by a chiropractor?

There is no 'laser treatment' for carpal tunnel treatment backed by satisfactory evidence. This just another of many unproven treatments. There are a few studies with unconvincing evidence of benefit which you can read about on my website. Dr J Bland
