Hi everyone
I forgot to take my med so took it over 4 hours later than usual. It seems to have messed me up, headaches, dizziness, fuzzy head feelings. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have taken Cit over a year now. I have missed a day here and there with no ill effects. How long have you taken meds?
