Late period after quitting the pill?

Hi! I quit Yasmin late March time after many years of taking it due to personal reasons. I finished my pack and never started another. I came on my period in April the day I was due if I was still taking the pill.

However, I was due to have my May period on Tuesday and it is now Thursday afternoon. Since quitting the pill, I have been using condoms, but am still concerned as to whether it is normal for periods to become irregular after stopping birth control.

I think I'm just worried.
