Lately, waking up at 3AM ; is it my evening dose?

MOST OF MY LIFE AND EVEN WITH PmR I MIGHT GET UP FOR THE LOO ONCE THEN GO BACK TO SLEEP. LATELY I'm waking up at 3AM and stay awake for an hour or more even without a daytime nap. My split doses are 5.25 at 6AM and 3 mgm at 6Pm taken with meals in capsules. This has gotten worse since I have started FORTEO injections. Any ideas about maybe taking a higher dose in the morning? I HAVE NO PAIN AND THE FATIGUE LESSENS AS I continue the dsns scheme.

    Sleeplessness is a listed less common side effect of Forteo. Not sure if switching pred times would help - the only way to find out if it is a combination of the Forteo and pred in the evening that is causing it and whether changing the late evening dose would help.

      i also wake up at about 3am, 4am, 5am, needing a pee, sometimes i can get back to sleep but unable to recently

      I started on 60mg in july and have reduced to currently 9mg. I take my preds in the morning. I have GCA.

      I did wonder if it was steroids causing the waking up early also.
