Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy and urinary dysfunctions

Hello,

has anyone ever had "lateral internal sphincterotomy" due to "anismus" or "hypertonicity of the internal anal sphincter" that was linked with urinary problems like voiding dysfunction?

So my case is really complex, i suffer from hypertonic pelvic floor, and i can't relax enough to pee and have difficulty with passing stool. So both my urinary and fecal problems are described in not enough relaxation and difficulty passing poop (as well as urine) and feeling like not completely emptied my rectum etc... so after i tried the Sacral Neuromodulation i noticed that i couldn't pee at all when my anus gets tight or if i had to pass stool..

An idea came that my urine couldn't pass and i can't relax enough cause of my rectal dysfunction preventing it.. and i was able to chat with a woman in the USA that had the same problems as me + pain (and luckily i have no pain) and she told me that after 2 years of trying everything (i've been under this for 3 years now) she had "LIS" done and that all her symptoms basically got fixed! Her voiding dysfunction disappeared, she didn't have to push to pee etc as well as her rectal dysfunction was basically fixed, her stools went smoothly etc.

So i had a defecography done and they noticed that there is a "dyssynergia" and yeah well that much i could tell, but didn't "feel" like my internal sphincter was soo tight, they said.

So my first question is: has anyone ever suffered from urinary problems derived from rectal dysfunctions?

Have you fixed them after the LIS? I really need to hear people that had this situation..

Does this procedure have a 100% certainty of fecal incontinence? Or is it just a low risk outcome?

i am 25 years old, and a male.

Thank you.
