Laterjet procedure

I’ve had a history with shoulder dislocations since I was 20 years old (32 now) got my laterjet procedure done 3 years ago on my right shoulder... everything was fine surgery came out good thank God, but now I’m getting strong pain in certain movements. Sometimes when I walk I get pain so I kinda stay still or sit down... anyone know what could be wrong? I have no medical insurance to get that I need work and I can’t work due to this pain....

any advice?
