laughing induced headache

Hi Folks,

I'm 28, male. This started in April. Whenever I laughed hard, i feel some weird type pressure in my head, somewhere on top of my head and radiates around my forehead and sinus area. it's hard to describe, it's not super painful just a dull pressure which is close to tension-type of headache.. i'm not sure what's going on but it almost feels like my blood vessels gets constricted or something like that, it really annoys me and it makes me extremely worried

I must also mention that, I experienced chronic tension head in March which my doctor believes is directly linked to my TMJ-D (my jaw pops/clicks when I mouth widely, sometimes when I chew). I had a CT scan in March and it was clear but I started to experience this April, should I get another brain scan?

My second thought is I have anxiety (I had episodes of panic attack) maybe it's related to it? Any advice?

Thank you for your response. that sounds complicated, I suppose it's just a TMJ disorder...

secondly I'm not mainly concern about my jaw clicking... I'm more concerned about the weird type of tension/pressure in my head when I laugh which I feel on top of my head/around forehead/sinus area. Please advise.
