laying on left side i can feel strong pulse but not on the right side

hi i currently since June i have an ulcer and when i left on my left side  i feel my heart beating strong it is visible i can feel my bed moving but when i lay on my right side or stand up i do not feel anything and i also have tingling feet when i take a deep breath, i went to go get an ecg test done i was told my heart is perfectly fine is anyone else experiencing this
