Leads coming out of my hip?

Hi i had a spinal cord stimulator removed i think in 2013 recently I've had these kinda like shocks like it was still there! Then one day a week ago i was in the shower and I thought I had a sliver in my hip and i had my husband come look and it was wire from the leads i guess it was a little shocking. i did the class act lawsuit and when I did the removal i guess they couldn't take the leads out because of scar tissue.

also when it was removed I didn't get much of the lawsuit money because they said the stimulator was lost so there was no proof? i didn't qualify for the compansation . Anyway has anyone else had this happen and what do I do about the wires coming out i had my husband take pictures of it.
