check out the watch dog report on the bbc web site about leather sofa's.

I was diagnosed with PR and saw 3 different doctors on four occasions before getting referred to see a specialist at the hospital. I Was given steroids tablets more anti bio tics, steroid cream and Vaseline to rub in skin.

this has all helped to clear it up.but now I've run the steroids down its coming back, then there was this thing about leather sofa's from china on watch dog and guess what I've got one.

I've been told by solicitor to get it out the house

Check it out you might not have PR after all.

This was my rash, weaping saws on back and arms.

    spots on chest and legs.

I also put on 6kg of body weight swelling up.

I forgot to say that if yours looks like this and you've got a new sofa within the last couple of years from ****/**** or *** *** **** then you may have the effects of DMF not PR.

how strange - i have a leather sofa and recurring PR which lasts 5m+ at a time! Also my rash is worst where my body makes most contact with the sofa, backs of arms, thighs, calves, and tops of feet (I often draw my feet up when sitting!) :?

I have had 2 bouts of what my doctor has said is PR in the last 6 months. I saw the watchdog programme also and thought that it might be due to the DMF as I also have one of these Sofa's. The write ups on PR say that the effects rarely reoccur. This makes me wonder if it is the DMF in the Sofa as I have just had another bout!

Hi all one year on still got this poxy rash, doctors no s... all.

Took dog to vets today, she's got a fungal infection on skin so it might be that, or it could still be the leather sofa as we still have it as the solicitors are dragging it out a bit to bump there legal fees up to the max.
