So decided I’ll try going on a long walk and not gonna lie feels like I’ve drank 10 jägers and 10 pints when I haven’t ? 😂😂anyone relate to this

You're having discontinuation syndrome. I've been there many times. Sounds like your dosage drop was too big.

How long were on on Sertraline for , what dose and what made you decide to come off it? I’m also thinking of coming off it and I’m interested to hear your story xx
