Lechen Sclerosis: steroidal cream not working

As per title, just diagnosed a month ago and using steroidal cream faithfully twice a day and just have another bad flare up going on.

Burning feeling and all swollen, shrinkage is getting worse .

I read about hydrogen peroxide/saline solution spray working for a load of others on another discussion but that isn't working. I am applying castor oil which gives a little relief. To be honest I could suffer the symptoms but not the worsening of the shrinkage. I still have some but very little labia and I am terrified of fusion beginning so I need suggestions please.
