Hello, about a week ago my left testicle/Lower abdomen started to pain, very slightly, this pain went off when I excerised, or maybe forgot about it, but today my testicles have started to tingle and burn, I know these symptoms sounds like herpes, but I strongly believe I do not have this, does anyone have any advice/knowledge on this, maybe an infection?
