left back pain, left shoulder pain, left throat tightness, help!!

Hello,

I am 23 years old, and I've had left upper back pain and tightness for months now. It also can be in my shoulder and radiate to my left arm. About a month ago, I also got the tightness in the left part of my throat. It's feels like something is in there when I swallow. I don't know what to do! Does anyone have any suggestions or medication recommendations that might've helped you with an issue similar to this?

    I've been diagnosed with costochondritis and nerve pain in the past before this esophagus thing started, but those diagnoses have been incorrect because the medications used to treat those issues did not help at all. I'm starting to think I'm having weird esophageal spasms that have progressed up my esophagus which is why I can now feel it in my throat.

      I also have constant acid reflux and have pretty much my entire life.
