Hi everyone! I am grateful that I saw this thread. I am suffering from left breast pain and itchiness since December of last year. Come Feb 2015, I had both mamogram and ultrasound which both got normal results. But from March onwards, I am having constant dull pain/ ache on my left breast and now to my upper back. I use to put some topical pain reliever that would ease the pain for a while but the pain si there everyday. I am thinking of seeing my breast specialist. I really don't know what it the cause of my pain. Praying that the pain will stop and I can have my normal life back again. Btw, I also went to chiropractor, and told him me symptoms and he told me that some of my ribs were misaligned and got inflammed cervical spines. He requested me to come and see him again for follow-up. Now, I don't know which doctor should I go? sad Praying for you all too.

Firstly go bk to yr own g.p. Tell him/ her about yr new symptoms. Tell them what you've used and ask them is it worthwhile u be referred bk to the specialist that you saw in hospital.  And ask if there is anything that they can suggest to help with the pain, then also tell them about e pain in your back, and maybe ask to be referred to a. Bone specialist you should then get a proper diagnosis,   I just had to go back to the breast specialist as I am having problems,  so it is worth while, better to be safe than sorry.  Hope that this helps.  Praying for you too.

    Hi

I read your post with interest as it sounded just like me. I had left breast pain and itchiness in Dec and had breast clinic appt in Feb. Had mammogram and ultrasound and both were clear. All they found out was that the pain was caused by swollen glands and advised me to try taking 3000mg evening primrose oil to see if it relieved it and it definitely worked.

I get an aching left arm sometimes and my underarm gets sore and tender. Since my breast problems started I also got pains in my back near shoulder blades and leg pains/ache/soreness. Have had blood tests which just showed low vitamin D levels but no idea why that happened.

Also had other breast symptoms but both my GP and the breast cancer consultant said everything looked fine and no one seemed concerned about the itching. Have you had blue veins suddenly appear as I did.

Hi Rebecca, yes. We have almost the same symptoms and now I started to feel some ache on my leg but it goes if I rested my legs ar least. I don't have blue veins on my breast but ther is dull pain when I press or if I lay down on my chest. The pain goes to my armpit and arms as well to my back. But if I am relax I don't feel any pain. Strange huh. Sometimes I am thinking if this is also a symptoms of anxiety which I had before. Anyway, take care and be well dear. Praying for you. 😊

Hi, Sharon.  Evening primrose oil is good,  I haven't had any blue veins appear as of yet,  the only thing that I've had is lumps( I was very worried ) as my mam had breast cancer,  so u can understand why I was in a major panic. I found the lumps while my mAm was in hospital,  didn't tell her what I'd found, so dealt with it myself, only after that I'd been to my doc and got referred to the specialist did I tell my dad and bro and aunt.  So they supported me, I had a mamogram and a ultrasound and they found a small cyst,  got to keep a eye on it.  Went bk as I found anothe lump also my doc found it as well. And had another ultrasound and found a number of very small cysts.  So by the looks of it that's all I've got.  If yr still having probs, go bk and see yr g.p. Tell him/her what's going on and ask for a second opinion, it's your right.  Ok. Praying for you. If u need to talk I'm here ok.

Dear Elizabeth, I have not tried evening primerose. I really don't know where the pain is really coming from but now, it's more on my upper left behind my breast. I hope I can go back to my breast specialist the soonest. Btw, I am based here in Singapore and going to a specialist is a no joke. It cost us $$$. Now, I could say that I can still manage the pain and hoping that it will be alright. Take care and thank you. Will keep you posted. God bless. 😊
