Left Breast Lump Pain

I am a 29 y.o male. Yesterday I discovered a painful lump just beside my left nipple. There seems to be a  pea shaped movable lump and it's extremely  painful upon contact. 

The pain is now on and off even without touching it. 

Could it be breast cancer?

    Whenever you find a lump on your breast get it checked out with the doc or a registered practitioner they will be able to get everything sorted for you

    I am currently working overseas and i dont actually trust the doctors here.

    So i try to get some opinions over here.
