Left ear has started twitching every so often inside, I can actually feel/hear it, any help?

So recently i had covid however the only symptoms i had was a stuffed nose

After recovering, i noticed my left ear seems to twitch internally, i'm not sure how to explain it, but its almost like a eye twitch but inside your ear, i can feel and hear it and it makes it hard to sleep at night. i can only really notice it when its relatively quiet though.

some research says that i could have a form if tinnitus which is irreversible, which i hope not cause this is torture!

any ideas?
