Left ear still clogged

After 3 days I'm still having a hearing problem with my left ear. This happened after I poured water into my left ear to cleanse the ear canal (after discovering blood around the ear canal).

I want to ask if anyone might know if this is swimmer's ear (or something different) and what I can do to regain my hearing (besides seeing a doctor)? Thank you.

    I think Julia is right, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Hearing senses play an important role in our life, don't take a chance please visit doc as early as possible.

    Thank you for the concern.

    The blood wasn't coming from the eardrum but around the canal.

    I visited a doctor and was given tablets to treat the infection.

    Dear striker, I hope you are back to normal by now, but in case you are still having problems, you must see your doctor or practice nurse to check your ear. You might have impacted wax which could cause the symptoms described by you and having it removed might just sort this problem out for you.
