Left hip replacement 11 weeks out posterior

i had left hip replacement 11 weeks today posterior 3/18/2021 i had major issues Dr had to stop in the middle of surgery and take the new hip out and replace something about it would not fit been a long recovery ended up with celluitis and allergic reaction to the glue that burnt my skin inside out on incision site and battle with low bp 70/40

now coming off crutches down to 1 and cannot get off the 1 i have a bad limp and my gait is off terrible

Dr has me doing PT on my own has anyone ever heard of that ?? its very scary i am going to request pt at my 12 week check up i need to get back to normal and back to work also its feels like my hip is pinching me i have a special rod in my thigh also any advise would be appreciated on crutches and walking thanks
