LEFT INNER EAR TROUBLE

Hey guys, first time here, so anyway

I had some small inner ear pain for almost 2 weeks, I just got my antibiotics from my doctor and i didn't get my referral to see the ENT yet,

No drainage from the ear, jus pain along with migrains and neck pain a lil (not too serious tho)

I can breath fine and everything, it's jus a sharp pain really, that's it, I hear a small ringing to but I can hear perfect,

Before I hit the ENT what do you guys think it is??

    Hi Levi,

    i just had a major ear op, called a maryingoplasty & tympanoplasty, where I had a perforated left eardrum since I was young. I should of had it operated on many years ago, but it did seal off and not give me grief or pain fir a lot of years, until it reopened about 4 years ago which caused me pain & deafness, so I was referred to an ENT specialist which then I went on waiting list as a category 2, which I waited 9 months, then finally last Monday I had the op. So what I'm saying here, you may have a slight tear or in your eardrum, that may heal with antibiotics, but if your not getting no discharge from the eardrum, then your lucky, it may just be a small tear, so hopefully will seal itself off, but I would recommend you ask your local doctor for a referral to a good Ear Nose & Throat specialist, before it becomes more severe. You can "Google" an ENT specialist in your area, also your out of pocket expense. Some charge a lot, others are reasonably priced. Don't leave it too long..good luck Levi,

      I would say that but I don't know if I just have anxiety but after I used a qutip in my left ear it starting doing the same thing my left is,

      And your right I'm lucky it's no drainage, the pain isn't that severe but I do hear a ringing yet I can hear so clesr, it's been almost 2 weeks I only been using the antibiotics for 4 days so I hope I feel better soon to, and I hope it's not as bad as it seems

      My doctor told me the EMT will see if my throat have pain and my upper neck and nastrals which doesn't have any pain I jus have miner to mild headace, but now both ears kinda sting, idk what it is, but i put in a referral for the ENT so I should be their soon, I hope it's nothing serious, and thanks Kim 😊
