Left Labia Pain

Ive been having soreness/pain in left labia area. Its mostly a raw feeling but sometimes an actual pain. Other than small glands on both sides, I don't feel anything unusual. No lesions or anything out of the ordinary. I just had my annual OBGYN appointment several weeks ago. I did not have the pain at that time. She did find what she believes to be a urethral cyst or diverticulum on the vaginal wall that causes UTI symptoms. Im waiting for my urology appointment to address that. Now this! I am 52 and still get periods. Any input or advice is greatly appreciated.
