Its probably a cyst, but you should let a doctor look at it. I've had breast pain quite a few times but went to get checked just for peace of mind. Always turned out to be cysts...they can be quite painful. As soon as I went to doc, it went away on it's own.

Go, so you can relax. Hugs

    Hi Sabrina,

Not sure if its the same but during hormone fluctuations my breasts become swollen and very painful the nipples especially but it does ease as the hormones ease. If it continues for you maybe see your Dr just to be sure.

Do you mean sore skin on the nipple? I have had that and it was jogger's nipple from rubbing on my bra or something that irritated the skin, the doctor said.

If you are having any breast pain which is one sided, always get it checked out. If it affects both breasts then it's likely to be hormonal, but if it's only one it should be looked at. It will probably be something simple but get it checked out for your own peace of mind.
