Left nostril blocked

I have never been able to breathe through my left nostril. I can only sleep while lying on my left side. Much sneezing, nasal drip, loss of taste and smell. My nose appears to be straight, but could this be symptoms of a deviated septum?

    Have you been to an ENT for a scope and had a CT done? This will reveal structural issues.

      I have an appointment to see one in January. Just trying to get some incite as to what to possibly expect.
