please suggest me about risk and cure of the attached ultra sound report of my wife as mentioned below.

Anteverted uterus normal in size.

No mass fibroid

Right ovary clear

Left ovary contained thick walled cyst with septa 71x52mm

No fluid in cul-de-sac

impression;

    We are not doctors just people who have had cysts also. Did they do a ca 125 test on her. A gyno oncologist is  the best for removing the cyst. The doctors wont really know until they are in there if ths is cancer or not and even then usually not until the pathology report comes back. My C T scan said suspected  cancer but it wasnt.Make a list of all your questions for the doctor. Try not to worry most cysts arent cancer.I will keep her in my prayers keep us posted.

      It sounds like she might have the kind that can go away on there own or they can break. I didnt have any pain with mine was just a big cyst that is good news for her.She might not need surgery.

    What led your wife to have an ultrasound done? Was she having any other symptons such as pain , etc.?

      yes after lot of pain she went to the doctor. Ultrasound sound was done twice within a week. 1st doctor recommend immediate operation but other recommend checkup after 14 days and prescribed medicines

    Thank GOD, she is fine now. she went to the doctor and report is good now. after takng medicine for 2 weeks she recovered now and has no pain.
